The design process usually falls into the following stages:

1. If you like what you see on the website or brochure, the next step is usually to visit the showroom, examine the displays in detail, and meet the design team.

2. At this stage we can discuss your plans, requirements and time scale in enough detail for us to produce drawings and costings for your kitchen, free of charge, and without obligation.

3. Once you have had a chance to consider the initial plans we can begin the process of refining the design, usually involving changes to the plans and maybe further visits to the showroom to refresh your ideas.

4. When you are happy that the design is right for you and you want to proceed, we book a delivery date with the workshop, and at this stage the designer will visit you in order to take sufficient measurements to confirm existing plans.

5. Delivery times vary depending on the time of year and existing workload but is normally between 6 to 12 weeks. Work on site by the very friendly and experienced fitters usually takes one week, with granite worktops normally completed the following week after templating.
